A TikTok may have an official title or a name that it is commonly referred as. If a TikTok has an official title, that should be the page name; if it doesn't but has a common name, its common name should be the page name. If a TikTok has neither, the page name should be the first sentence spoken/written in the video or in the description if the video has no dialogue or written text. Please do not make any troll pages.
